Electrical panel upgrades: If your panel needs a breaker upgrade, we'll identify it during the install and give you a separate, fixed quote — no pressure.
Major ductwork damage: If ducts have significant damage beyond normal wear, we'll show you what we found and what it costs. You decide. The original install proceeds at the quoted price either way.
